Each spacious unit includes a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, ceiling fan, washer and dryer hookups, central heat and air, and small front and back patios. Each unit is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Cushman Housing also has a small community room that can be used for meetings or family reunions.
