Spacious one-bedroom/one-bath apartments located in Clinton, Arkansas. Available to low-income residents that are 62 years or older and meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income and security deposit is equal to the first month's rent. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Electric, water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Hackett Manor also has an onsite laundry facility and small community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings. Located in the heart of Clinton within a short drive to a hospital and several local eateries.
