Spring River Apartments, located at 710 Main Street in
Hardy, Arkansas, is a beautifully landscaped complex, designed to take
advantage of the beauty of the natural terrain. The location of the apartments offers a beautiful view of the
Spring River, which flows from the ninth largest spring in the world. The Spring River is one of Arkansas’ most
popular trout rivers and is rated one of the state’s best float streams. Cool, clear water, overhanging trees, and
occasional wildlife, make the Spring River a scenic float. Nearby are a city beach and park on the
banks of the Spring River. The
apartments are within walking distance of historic Old Hardy Town, which is
home of numerous quality antique shops, craft stores, specialty shops, gift
nooks, a military museum, auto museum, several restaurants, three banks, a
large supermarket, discount store, convenience stores, and the post
office. Hardy City Hall and Police
Department are also within walking distance.
Healthcare Facilities
The White River Medical Center North Complex is located just a few
miles south of Hardy in Cherokee Village and there are several physicians and
pharmacies in the area.
Apartment Features
Spring River Apartments consists of 10 buildings, on a
well-maintained 5-acre tract of land within the city limits. Its 24 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom
apartments offer affordable housing to families meeting the residence
requirements at very reasonable costs.
Each apartment includes mini blinds, tile floors, a refrigerator and range,
and central heat and air. Lawn care and
maintenance are provided.
Located on the premises are the manager’s office,
maintenance building, coin-operated laundry facilities and individual
mailboxes.
Rent
Rent is based on income and water, sewer, and trash
collection are included in the rent.
