Location & Local Attractions
Richwood Apartments is located at 10 Tenants Cove in Ash
Flat, Arkansas, just off of Hwy 62/412 on J&M Blvd. Ash Flat is the county
seat of Sharp County, Arkansas. There
is a city-owned playground very close to the entrance of the apartment complex
with swings, slides, and other games all enclosed within a chain link
fence. Also within one mile are a
Wal-Mart Supercenter, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, service stations and convenience
stores, hardware and building supply stores, a bank, doctor’s office, two
pharmacies, and many other types of businesses for your convenience. A short drive north of Ash Flat is Hardy,
Arkansas with its quaint downtown full of antique stores and great canoeing
offered by the Spring River.
Healthcare Facilities
The White River Medical Center North Complex is located just a few
miles north of Ash Flat in Cherokee Village and there are several physicians
and pharmacies in the area.
Apartment Features
Richwood Apartments is a 25-unit complex consisting of two 1-bedroom, 1-bath units; thirteen 2-bedroom,
1-bath units; eight 3-bedroom, 1-bath units; and one 4-bedroom, 2-bath
unit. All apartments are carpeted
throughout except for kitchen and bath, and have mini blinds, central heat and
air using a water source type heat pump to provide very economical electrical
usage. Water heaters are also
electric. The kitchens are equipped
with electric range, refrigerator, and a sink with a garbage disposal. There are numerous closets and storage areas
throughout. Lawn care and maintenance
are provided.
The apartments are located on a cul-de-sac with on street
parking in front of each four-plex for two cars per unit. The office area contains a large meeting
room, with a kitchen and coin-operated laundry.
Rent
Rent is based on income and water, sewer, and trash
collection are included in the rent.
