walking distance of the post office and a supermarket and are just a short
drive to the Town Square, location of the Historic Cleburne County Courthouse,

Heber Springs features Baptist Health Medical Center. There, you can be treated for minor wounds, illnesses, or
undergo physical therapy for extensive injuries. The town also offers a variety of specialized doctors
that will meet all of your medical needs from eye care to internal medicine.
Apartment Features
Pleasant Valley is a 20-unit 1-bedroom complex located in a
beautiful pine grove exclusively built for those who are 62 years old or older
or mobility impaired.
Handicapped-accessible, wheel chair adapted apartments are available.
All apartments are on ground level with sidewalks providing
easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, the office, and coin-operated laundry
room. The office complex also includes
a small activity room. Plenty of
parking is available.
Each apartment includes a refrigerator and range, as well as
ceiling fans, mini blinds, carpeted living area, and tile kitchen and
bathroom. Emergency pull-cord switches
are provided in the bedroom and bathroom of each unit. Each apartment is also wired for cable TV
and telephone, which are available at renter’s expense. Lawn care and maintenance are provided.
Rent
Rent is based on adjusted annual income and utilities are
included in the monthly rental rate.

Office hours are 8:00 to 2:00 on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th
Tuesday of each month.
