Clinton is a great place hidden in the Ozark Mountains. Clinton is the western gateway
to Greers Ferry Lake. This lake contains 40,000 acres of great fishing, skiing, swimming, sailing, and fun for the entire family.
The National Championship Chuck Wagon Races are held every Labor Day. An estimated 20,000 people will be on hand
to watch the excitement of chuck wagon racing, bronc fanning, and the Snowy River race.
Vendors of western collectables, crafts, art, and tack are on display.
In Clinton you will find one of nature's world wonders, a natural bridge. The natural bridge is a
limestone formation that is over three million years old. It is 40-50 feet high and spans 100 feet over a ravine.

Hackett Manor is a 20-unit, 1-bedroom complex located at 487 Pine Street in Clinton.
It was exclusively built for those who are 62 years old or older or mobility impaired.
Handicapped-accessible apartments are available. Refrigerator and range are furnished and all apartments have mini blinds,
ceiling fans, carpeted living areas, and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment is wired
for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense.
All apartments are on ground level with sidewalks providing
easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, the office, and coin-operated laundry
room. Plenty of
parking is available.
Rent
Rent is based on adjusted annual income and utilities are
included in the monthly rental rate.
