a restaurants, a public school, and other necessities of life. Walnut Ridge is a short distance from Jonesboro, which
offers public schools, a university, hospitals, doctor's offices, malls, and movie theaters.
Healthcare Facilities
Lawrence Memorial Hospital is located in Walnut Ridge and offers 24 hour emergency room
services. It also offers
multiple outpatient services such as physical therapy, X-ray's, and stress testing. For more in depth problems, Jonesboro is just
a short drive away and offers a wide array of specialists.
Apartment Features
Cottonwood Apartments is a 24-unit complex with four 1-bedroom units, sixteen 2-bedroom units, and
four 3-bedroom units. There are handicap accessible units available. Each apartment includes mini blinds, carpet throughout
except the kitchen and bathroom areas, on-site mailboxes, refrigerator, range, and central heat and air.
The on-site manager takes care of the lawn and maintenance problems.
Rent
Rent is based on income. Water, sewer, and trash collection expenses are included in your rent.
