Cedar Ridge Apartments are located at 345 South Second Street in Ravenden, Arkansas.  The historic city is located in northwest Lawrence County and is just a short drive from Jonesboro, Arkansas.  Also, within a short distance in northern Sharp County is Hardy, Arkansas, with its quaint downtown full of antique stores and great canoeing offered by the Spring River. 

Apartment Features

Cedar Ridge is a 12-unit complex in a quiet neighborhood built exclusively for those who are 55 years old or older and consists of twelve 1-bedroom units featuring carpeting throughout except for kitchen and bath areas, mini-blinds, central heat & air, range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, emergency pull-cord switches in bedroom and bathroom, and cable TV and telephone hookups, which are available at renter’s expense.  Two units are available with specially designed accessible features to accommodate the needs of those requiring these services, one mobility impaired, one visually impaired.

All apartments are on ground level with sidewalks providing easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, the office and coin-operated laundry room.  Lawn care and maintenance are provided.  A small rear garden area is available for each apartment for tomato plants, pepper plants, etc.

Rent

Cedar Ridge Apartments are exclusively reserved for people 55 years or older.  Rent is calculated based on income and all utilities are paid.
