Cypress Knoll Apartments are located at 623 Johnson Street in Cave City, Arkansas.  Cave City is known as home of the “World’s Sweetest Watermelons.”  The historic city is located in southern Sharp County and is just a short drive from Batesville, Arkansas and the White River.  Also, within a short distance in northern Sharp County is Hardy, Arkansas, with its quaint downtown full of antique stores and great canoeing offered by the Spring River.  Cave City hosts an annual Watermelon Festival and offers all the necessities including banking, post office, grocery shopping, library, many specialty stores, restaurants, a city park with a small fishing lake, walking track, and horseshoe pitching, and a public swimming pool and community center.

Healthcare Facilities

Cave City offers a medical clinic and pharmacy.  White River Medical Center, a multitude of medical specialists, and several pharmacies are located in Batesville, just a short drive to the south of Cave City.

Apartment Features

Cypress Knoll is a 16-unit complex in a quiet neighborhood built exclusively for those who are 62 or older.  The complex consists of sixteen 1-bedroom units, featuring carpeting throughout except for the kitchen and bath areas, mini-blinds, central heat & air, range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal, emergency pull-cord switches in bedroom and bathroom, and cable TV and telephone hookups, which are available at renter's expense.

All apartments are on ground level with sidewalks providing easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, the office and coin-operated laundry room.  Lawn care and maintenance are provided. 

Rent

Cypress Knoll Apartments are exclusively reserved for people 62 years or older.  Rent is calculated based on income and all utilities paid.
