consists of twelve 1-bedroom and eight 2-bedroom townhouses. They all have central
heat and air, range, and refrigerator. In addition the 2-bedroom units have a bath
and a half for additional convenience and comfort. These apartments are located in a nice
quiet neighborhood on a shady residential street in Bradford.
Located within the complex are a newly-constructed basketball court, playground, and a
laundry room. Lawn care and maintenance are provided.
Rent
Rent is calculated based on adjusted annual income. Water, sewer, and trash collection are
included in rent.
